After completing your wall tie survey in Leyland, our surveyor will normally spend a couple of hours preparing your report. This includes reviewing the findings from the inspection, assessing and grading the wall ties, reviewing the photographs taken during the survey and preparing clear recommendations based on the evidence found.

This is also why we believe a professional wall tie survey cannot realistically be offered as a genuinely free survey. The inspection itself can take between 30 minutes and 1 hour, followed by the time required to properly assess the findings and produce a detailed report with photographic evidence and recommendations.

We believe you should receive a proper independent assessment rather than a quick inspection designed primarily to generate a quotation. Our initial survey fee covers the surveyor’s time, specialist inspection and preparation of your report. If remedial work is subsequently recommended and you choose to proceed with Northwest Wall Ties, we deduct the cost of your survey from the quotation.
