We have recently had our wall ties replaced by Warren and his team after purchasing our first home. The experience we had has been nothing but positive from start to finish. Warren has been great throughout with communication as we experienced some delays with our purchase initially.

Great communication and friendly to deal with. Cannot recommend enough.

Thank you so much!

Really pleased with the service from Northwest wall ties . From sending a massage Saturday evening, warren rang within 30 mins and the survey was complete by Monday. We got a very detailed report and advice about what was needed. The work was carried out efficiently and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. Would definitely recommend!

Great job by Warren. Really professional, and reliable. Turned up on time, talked through job and answered any questions I had. Kept me informed at all times, did a little video. Would recommend.

Had my wall ties done today by Warren and his team. They have done a really fabulous job. They did a survey first with photo evidence of the corroded ties and a thorough report about the job. Communication was great and they turned up when they were expected. No mess, no fuss, just an excellent job and I would give Warren and his team my recommendation to anyone needing wall ties.

I had these two legends, a proper dad and lad duo, tackle my wall ties back in sep 25.
(Apologies for the long wait on review)😬
Honestly, I'm not sure if they specialise in wall ties or filming 😂. They were spot on,
explaining every step and answering my million questions without batting an eyelid.
Even better, they showed me how to save a few quid by doing some of the work myself.
They even sent a video of the finished job, which, let's be honest, was about as thrilling as watching paint dry, but we had a good laugh about it. Top service front start to end, highly recommend if you are looking for quality work and a bit of laugh along the way !!!

Absolutely superb service:
,Scaffolding company erected the scaffold the day before, these being quick and professional and gave me no issues whatsoever.
Warren kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. This in effect kept me fully at ease, the job took a full day with a working crew that just got stuck in and didn’t stop until everything was completed with a full clean up afterwards. Totally happy with an excellent service and would recommend them to anyone requiring the wall tie service.
Again, thank you Warren and your crew 🙏😃👍

Warren has been an absolute star from the very beginning. He did my survey when he said he would and was prompt with my quote. He had to wait for me to get my keys but he fit me in as soon as he could once i did. I would recommend this company and Warren him self over and over again and will be doing if i can. 25 year guarantee as well which is a massive bonus Thank you again Warren
