Using specialist borescope inspections, photographic evidence and recognised BRE Digest 329 & 401 guidance, we assess the condition of existing wall ties and determine whether they remain serviceable, require monitoring, or should be replaced.

Unlike sales-driven inspections, our recommendations are based on physical findings, recognised corrosion grading charts and industry best practice. For complete transparency, the relevant corrosion grading charts are included within every report.

Where wall tie replacement or remedial work is recommended, we will provide a detailed quotation explaining the required works. The original survey fee is then deducted from the cost of any approved works, making your wall tie survey effectively free when you proceed with our recommended repairs.

Our reports are based on the recognised guidance set out in BRE Digest 401 and BRE Digest 329. These industry charts are used by surveyors to assess wall tie corrosion levels and determine the most appropriate course of action based on the condition of the ties found.

This means our recommendations and grading system are not based on selling unnecessary work — they are based on established BRE guidance and the evidence found during your survey.

For complete transparency, the relevant BRE assessment charts are included within our reports, allowing you to clearly understand the findings, the grading given, and why any recommendations have been made.

Honestly, I'm not sure if they specialise in wall ties or filming 😂. They were spot on,
explaining every step and answering my million questions without batting an eyelid.
Even better, they showed me how to save a few quid by doing some of the work myself.
They even sent a video of the finished job, which, let's be honest, was about as thrilling as watching paint dry, but we had a good laugh about it. Top service front start to end, highly recommend if you are looking for quality work and a bit of laugh along the way !!!
