The cost of a wall tie survey depends on the size and type of property, accessibility and the level of investigation required. Our survey fee covers the surveyor’s travel, time at the property, specialist equipment, assessment and preparation of the detailed report. If remedial wall tie works are recommended, the survey fee is deducted from the quotation for those works.
