Appointment Times:
Appointment times are 2-hour arrival windows, not the survey duration. For example, a 10:00am–12:00pm slot means your surveyor will arrive anytime within this period. Survey lengths can vary and surveyors may spend additional time answering customer questions, so exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed.

Do I Need To Be Home?
Wall tie surveys are primarily external, so you do not need to be present. We simply require access around the outside of the property. If you are unavailable, side gates can be left unlocked and we will ensure everything is left secure before leaving.

Buying or Selling a Property?
Where applicable, you will receive a text message after booking requesting estate agent details so we can arrange access with the vendor if required.
